With extensive governance experience as a council and committee member, and specialised training through the Arbitration Foundation of Southern Africa, Zollie is recognised for his ability to manage complex disputes and provide effective, practical solutions in labour, commercial, construction, and international matters.

Sonja Eloff is a qualified Mediator with the Arbitration Fuondation of Southern Africa (AFSA), building on an extensive 18-year-career in the accounting profession. Her Accounting Diploma and background has given her a strong foundation in analytical thinking, attention to detail and the ability to access complex financial and business matters objectively. Alongside her financial expertise, she has also served as an HR manager in a Corporate Environment, gaining valuable experience in people management, conflict resolution, and workplace dinamix. In addition Sonja has training in Counselling and Therapy, which has equipped her with a deep understanding of human behaviour, empathy and effective communication, which is a helpful tool especially in Family and Trauma Mediation cases. Transitioning into mediation, she brings these skills into the dispute resolution process, ensuring that she approaches each matter with fairness, clarity, and professionalism.

Adv. Maisela is a member of the Johannesburg Society of Advocates with extensive experience in administrative and constitutional law, labour law, commercial disputes, arbitration, mediation, and third-party claims. Since joining the Bar in 2009, she has acted for government departments, municipalities, and state-owned entities in the High Court, Labour Court, and review proceedings, and has contributed to legislative drafting for the Department of Home Affairs. Anisha is an experienced attorney, admitted in South Africa since 2003 and in England and Wales since 2008, and has also been a notary public since 2007.She began her legal career in 2004, first in partnership and, since 2016, in her own practice.

Her expertise spans commercial, company, administrative, public procurement, local government, and higher education law, with further specialisation in risk and compliance, due diligence, investigations, and general commercial litigation. Anisha holds an LLB from the University of Pretoria, an LLM in Corporate Law and a PhD in Law from UNISA, an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, and a Certificate in Compliance Law from the University of Johannesburg.

Bhaso is a member of the Pan African Bar Association of South Africa (PABASA) and practices from Sandton Chambers. He holds multiple degrees, including a B.Com, B.Com (Hons), MA, MBA, DBA, LLB, and LLM (Tax) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. An accredited AFSA mediator, Bhaso brings extensive academic and practical experience, having lectured at the UKZN Graduate School of Business and Leadership and served as a consultant for major institutions such as Standard Bank, ABSA, and the Eastern Cape Treasury.
